Carpathian Art Festival OFFer Malopolska Carpathians offer. International Multimedia Art Festival - that started two thousand ninth year of the street festival, presenting a very diverse culture and art of the Carpathian countries such as Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Poland. The concept of the festival was established at the Institute of Europe of the Carpathians in the Malopolska Cultural Center in Nowy Sacz. Scenes of the festival can be found mainly in Nowy Sacz, but not only, because apart from him, festival scenes are also a few other interesting Carpathian regions. In the first year they were picturesque and Biecz Zakliczyn. Performers during the festival virtually no limits, every field of art is welcome, one can see the representatives of the music, theater, dance, film, photography, or fine arts. The festival is open.
